No Visible Phrases or Collections:

- Select the Settings button in the upper right of the main page

- On the Settings page, look for the third section called Notification Messages

- Select: Add Presets Collection

- In the Collections Presets popup sheet, toggle the Collections you would like to add

- If any of the toggles are disabled, it is likely that "zero collections…" remain to be added

- Using the Settings back button in the upper left, return to the main page

- On the main page, select the desired Collection from the list at the bottom

Using Notifications:

- Use the notifications function to set certain times of day to stop and evaluate a decision

- On the Settings page, the first section is Notification Times

- This section can be used to schedule up to three of these decision notifications a day

- Schedule notifications for just one day or the entire coming week

How to change notification titles:

- On the Settings page, the second section is Notification Times

- Select, Edit Title Text

- On the popup sheet: Notification Titles, you must select a title before attempting to enter new text

- Once you have selected a title to change, it will appear in the text editing box at the top of the list

- When you are satisfied with the changes to that title select: Change to save the change to that title

Copy and Paste from external text:

- In source document, press and hold plain text (not links)

- Use "blue dot" handles to expand selection (Select-All may not be available here)

- Tap Copy

- Shift to the Concensus app

- Select either Collection or Phrase in the upper left

- Tap the text entry box just below Collection or Phrase in the upper left

- If the text entry box does not respond, you may need to delete a phrase or collection before entering new text

- Tap the Add button

- The new Collection or Phrase should appear on the screen below the text entry box

Considerations:

- Concensus is not an application for storage. If you delete Concensus, or otherwise lose access to it on your device, all of the text that you have put into Concensus could be lost.  narritor inc, a corporation cannot be responsible in any way for your loss of data.

- This version of Concensus has  been designed for mainly short phrases.  While the length of the phrase is not restricted, longer passages may become difficult to read

- The copy and paste technique above can be used on text in photos on many newer devices.  However, this is Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and may produce unreliable results

- Concensus, while it does export text, is not intended as a text-editor application

- Concensus can help you make better decisions.  But, it does not distribute Robux, Monopoly Money or any other form of compensation other than blue sky horizons.
